How storytelling is good for your mental health

thanks for sharing @Todd - storytelling is such an important tool for us all - often helps us make sense of quite difficult emotions and express ourselves

Such a good post @Todd and others may want to share on how we mentally process so much, and so positively when we can create stories.

A few years back, colleagues working with those displaced by war, found that when they could use a smartphone for a digital diary, to tell their story, it had a very positive impact on their mental health, despite the most terrible of situations.

I guess we can even see that in Ukraine, via TikTok.

Sometimes, you have to tell the world.
