We’ve gone more in the savoury direction, and last night had Colcannon…so simple, potatoes, kale, onion and some butter and cream…heartwarming stuff. 
Ohh that sounds delicious. I have just had lunch but already feel hungry after reading that!
It really is delicious…and so healthy (with the Kale)
