Great question @RDG. I always find the great outdoors a huge stress reliever and even if I can’t get outside at that exact moment, I find a bright, engaging image can help.
I think there’s probably something here around helping your mind picture what an open, expansive area looks and feels like - and that can be a big help (or it is for me!)
